Shipping & Collection Policy – Love Kefir

At Love Kefir, we currently do not offer shipping or delivery services. All orders placed through our online store are available for local collection only.

Collection Process

  1. Order Placement
    Orders can be placed directly through our website. Please ensure that your contact details are correct at checkout.

  2. Select Collection Time
    During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a preferred collection time from the available slots.

  3. In-Person Collection
    Orders are to be collected from the following address:

    Love Kefir
    0/2, 11 Striven Gardens, Glasgow.

    Please arrive within your chosen time slot and have your order confirmation ready.

    1. Bottle Returns
      If you are returning empty Love Kefir bottles, please bring them with you at the time of collection. A £2 credit per returned bottle will be applied to your next purchase.
