Love Kefir are a small, home-run business dedicated to crafting fresh, living water kefir in small batches with care and intention. Due to the perishable nature of our products and our scale of operation, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds.

Please Note:

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept product returns, whether opened or unopened.

• As our kefir is a live fermented product, it requires careful storage and timely collection. We kindly ask that you collect your order during your scheduled time and refrigerate it promptly to maintain quality.

Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a problem with your order (e.g., damage or quality issue at the time of collection), please speak to us immediately upon pickup. We’ll do our best to resolve any concerns on the spot.
